These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and [LEGAL NAME], trading as "Go with the Flow" (GWTF) ("Grove", "we", "us") governing your use of the Grove mobile application (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

Grove is a personal reading-reflection journal. You record thoughts about books you are reading, and an AI assistant helps you turn them into written insights and follow-up questions. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Grove.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Your content

• You own the reflections, notes, and other content you create in Grove ("Your Content").
• You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the App for you — including sending it to our AI provider(s) to generate insights, as described in the Privacy Policy. We claim no ownership of Your Content and do not use it for advertising.
• You are responsible for Your Content and must have the right to submit it.

4. AI-generated content

• Insights and questions in Grove are generated by an artificial-intelligence model based on what you provide.
• They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not reflect your intent, and are not professional, medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
• Use your own judgement; do not rely on AI-generated content as a substitute for professional guidance.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the App for any unlawful purpose or to submit unlawful content; attempt to access other users' data or to break, probe, or overload our systems; reverse-engineer or misuse our AI features; or resell or commercially exploit the App without our written permission. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Account deletion and termination

• You may delete your account at any time in the App (Settings → Account → Delete account). This permanently erases your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
• We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these Terms or where required by law, with notice where reasonably possible.

7. Availability and changes

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Where a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for intent, gross negligence, injury to life or body, or under mandatory consumer-protection and product-liability law).
• Subject to the above, our total liability arising out of or relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected. Where permitted, the courts at the provider's place of business ([place of business]) have jurisdiction.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the App evolves. We will revise the "Last updated" date and notify you of material changes.
