## What we do

Three strands of the same studio: the work, the products, the mindset behind both.

### Studio

Think of us as "forward deployed engineers" for ideas and dreams: we embed with you, dig past the brief to the real problem, and build the system & the mindset that make it real. Software, AI agents, data pipelines, infrastructure. Not everything needs AI, and sometimes a technical challenge is really a change of perspective.

### Products

AI has given everyone an insane opportunity, and now it's on us: ideas can actually become real. You have dreams worth building, and so do we. Grove is our first, born from wanting to keep the books that changed us. More ideas are in the making.

### Culture

Technology now moves too fast for anyone to stay up to date. Does that put pressure on you too? That's okay. GWTF is the mindset we carry for that future. Staying curious, asking the important questions, looking within while going with your own flow. And having fun learning new things. To us, being in your flow state means realizing yourself along the way.

## The human behind it

Curiosity is one of the most human traits, living deep inside us. Most of us unlearn it somewhere between school and salary, and AI, of all things, is handing it back: more time to live into our real purpose and build our real dreams.

Hi, I'm Flo. I studied industrial engineering, learned to code young, and take real joy in thinking problems through and solving them. Structured thinking I had to learn the hard way: by figuring out how to turn my procrastination into a superpower. I'm less a developer than someone who asks questions, wants to understand perspectives, and solves problems whole. I'm never quite satisfied with the status quo; there is always something new to learn. That endless curiosity is what I follow. GWTF grew out of that drive.
